Rehoboth Weekend; fancy Mari; 'Funky Buckets'; Memory Verse

On Friday July 24th Mari and I drove to Salisbury so that she could take two out of the four PRAXIS 2 tests she needs. Since Salisbury is so close to the beach, we went to Ocean City on Saturday after her test and then went to Rehoboth on Saturday.

Mari saw this sign, and thought that Jess, Cara + Annie would like it:

A gentleman took this picture for us:

We decided to rent a bicycle and ride around the side streets of Rehoboth Beach:

On Saturday night we ate at PHILIPS Seafood buffet. It was good:

On Thursday this week, one of the ladies at Mari's work decided they should dress fancy ... here is fancy Mari:

On Thursday, Jeff + Zak came and we did the bucket show at Camp Arena. Man, it was so much fun to jam w/ these guys again:

I'm not sure why these pictures are so 'grainy' ... if anyone has any idea on how to fix it, that'd be cool. Per usual, thanks for taking time to read about me. I hope you have a great week.

I have one more week of Camp Arena Stage. Next Saturday I am going to see the Dave Mathew's Band with my drum teacher, Steve Wagner. I took lessons for over 15 years, so this should be cool to see one of the best drummers together. Sunday we get to go to WAMS for the second time, and then on Monday we're off to Deep Creek Lake for three days. Ah, can't wait to relax by the lake.

Random Spiritual switch ... Our Church is memorizing a verse every week together ... here is this week's verse:
PROVERBS 3:5-6
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths."

Keep it real people!

Dave

1. Thanks for the Abbey pic and the shout out!

2. That thing that you all rented at Rehobeth is known as a "surrey," not a bicycle. :)

3. Fancy Mari is a babe!
