ACTS 2012 - Band Director Details
Today was the last performance of ACTS. I was the band director for the annual youth production at my Church. The first band rehearsal was on Wednesday January 11, 2012. So here we are twelve weeks later and I can honestly say that I had a great time! However, I am extremely grateful I will see my family a little more regularly now! It was enjoyable working with the band and to watch Cathy Mays, the director, work with the students. I also liked working with Janice and Martin Landry, two aspiring Broadway Actors. I learned a lot!! Another highlight for me was to see my good friend Dave Wilcox regularly. He was the technical director for the production (he is also the TD for the entire Church). Having him and his crew (Jim Cowan, Josh Davis, and Brielly ??) brings the overall production quality to a higher level!!! Here are some pics from our two performances today.
